Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in the design and implementation of programs that promote a productive, professional, and joyful work environment.
- Creating collaborative workspace designs and developing benefit programs that appeal to the workforce's demographic.
- Create programs to help enhance the employees' professional abilities and behavior.
- Include new recruitment onboarding programs, ongoing skills training relevant to the business.
- Create a strategy for monitoring and evaluating staff performance.
- Track employee productivity and help employees recognize their own strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing policies that promote professional behavior. Ensure that these policies are clearly and consistently communicated to all employees.
- Develop programs to keep people engaged and satisfied with their jobs, such as regular team-building activities, opportunities for employees to submit input on corporate policies and practices, and recognition and award programs for exceptional performance.
- Resolve any disagreements in a fair and transparent manner, creating trust and respect among team members.
- Designing a solid recruitment strategy to attract, hire, and retain the best talent for the organization.
- Concentrate on identifying and developing potential leaders inside the organization.
- Promote and reinforce a culture that is fun, yet consistent with the organization's values, mission, and goals.
- Create a clear career path or lattice to demonstrate opportunities for advancement inside the organization.
- Be familiar with and use HR data and analytics to make educated decisions on employee retention, satisfaction, and performance.
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR management experience within an IT company.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
- Minimum of 15 years of a total experience in the HR Field.
- Solid understanding of IT industry dynamics, job roles, and skill requirements.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing HR policies and practices that align with business goals.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and best practices in human resources.
- Competence in developing and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
